Improved navigation

• At the end of most chapters, I added a "Next: ..." links to improve navigation.
• I changed the order in which chapters appeared a bit. Copyright, Disclaimer, Guilty Parties and Who to contact were moved to the bottom of the menu list so the manual. Starting with the introduction to OctaMED Soundstudio made more sense.

Typos

• "MED n excellent piece of music software;" changed to "MED is an excellent piece of music software". Surely that was what the auther wanted to say ;). →
